Technician, Brian H. was outstanding. I got a reminder text the day before the service appointment and a text when he was on his way. The text included a photo of the technician, his full name and a little bio too. Brian arrived on time, he walked me through exactly how my heating system operates and as we discussed overall in-home comfort, he suggested affordable ways to improve our home's air quality with an upgraded humidifier and filtration. Not at all a high pressure sales situation, he simply provided me with the information and guidance should I wish to explore adding on to my new furnace.

I have the utmost confidence that our unit is running well and now I have the expert advice to make informed decisions in the future. Given my personal experience with their honest, hardworking technicians and fantastic after hours support team, I would recommend Air Quality Mechanical without hesitation.

Just had technician Brett Jones from Air Quality and Mechanical come and do a yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was on time, did a through job, was very professional and the price was reasonable.

Wonderful from start to finish!

Our furnace was not producing heat 100% of the time and our house would not get above 62 degrees. They told us the technician had a full day but would get to us today if he could. And if not then on Tuesday pm or Wednesday am. Luckily they were able to squeeze us in and we have full heat again! The women answering the phones were very nice and helpful. The HVAC technician was very professional and knowledgeable. A great company!!

This company was great. My AC unit broke this morning and they were able to have somebody come out and service it this afternoon. Brian was extremely professional and informational on what happened and why my AC unit was not running. And the pricing was extremely fair and way less than I expected.

The Service Tech was on time, did and incredible job, was very professional and left our house cleaner than he found it. Amazed at the amount of dirt/dust/dog hair that came out of our vents. House immediately smelled fresher. Would 100% reccomend.
